梁宇琛，省部級人才，金山青年特聘教授，博士生導師，工學博士，英國考文垂大學攻讀汽車工程本科專業，獲得一等學士學位，并獲得直博資格攻讀博士學位，在英國考文垂大學任講師兼課程主管3年，在2021年1月獲得英國高等教育學會（The Higher Education Academy, HEA）會士資格。
研究方向：智能制造大數據,激光沖擊強化,深度學習算法,邊緣計算等數字孿生等。
